US - the Association Careers is Hiring an Experience Service Manager - US Near Durham, NC

About the Role

Support the Association's several teams in delivery of valuable and viable propositions to our chosen audiences. The Experience Service Manager will work with the Experience Business Partners and Experience Delivery Managers across a set of propositions/programs to ensure that areas of our kept informed of progress and manage any service incidents or escalations to a satisfactory outcome. You will also maintain an up-to-date experience service catalogue.

You Will:

  • Respond to and manage incidents and urgent service requests from Proposition Owners and Team Leaders and work with the Experience Delivery Managers and their squads to provide prompt resolution.
  • Maintain an up-to-date service catalogue and communicate with important business stakeholders and the Experience teams.
  • Manage the governance of the Experience service model with important partners obtaining important performance data from relevant teams in particular Experience Audience Insights Intelligence and Analytics
  • Maintain SLA / OLA agreements through formal processes with Proposition Owners and socialize with other Team Leaders
  • Maintain regular with the Proposition Owner and Experience Business Partner regarding status of important programs together with Experience Delivery Managers.
  • Provide regular clinics and other forms of education sessions to partners on the Experience function how it operates and the service model

You Have:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.
  • Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users through use centric design.
  • Experience delivering across multiple channels.
  • Agile work experience.
