We do require:

• Previous experience as a solar sales consultant would be beneficial but not required - We have a team of experts who will train you to be a PRO!
• Solid D2D Sales experience
• Familiarity of commission/ draw pay structure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a friendly disposition.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.
• Flexibility - be prepared to travel ( /- 50 miles at times) and work irregular hours.
• Current auto insurance and a valid license with a clean driving record.
• A smart phone
• Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office Suite
