Overview:

Empower your future by joining the US Solar Team. The Solar Installer will have to install solar systems on residential homes. The installer must be comfortable with climbing on high roofs. The installer will also perform maintenance on any solar system that needs it. Will travel to install appointments with the team in company vehicles.Responsibilities:

• Install racking and solar panels on residential roof tops
• Properly repair and seal roof penetration
• Perform maintenance on the solar system as needed
• Prepare inventory for installs
• Work well with the rest of the team
• Project clean up

Qualifications:

• Solar or Construction experience is required
• Ability to transport solar materials and equipment to safely perform the job tasks
• Able to work with power tools
• Must follow OSHA standards for working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• Roofing: 1 year (Required)
• Hand tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
