Job Summary:
U.S. Medical Staffing is Seeking Multiple RN's who are reliable for 1:1 Cases in Various School Districts. These 1:1 cases would entail assisting medically fragile students in day-to-day activities. Some cases may require the Registered Nurse to assist. All cases and details will be presented to each applicant to make sure it is a good fit.
Job Responsibilities ( Are not limited to):
Assisting the Student throughout the day
Following doctor's orders/ Giving out medication
Meeting at the student's house to assist on the bus ( not all cases require this)
Collaborating with the Main nurse to create an action plan
Providing Rescue medications for select cases
Documenting Progress notes throughout the day
Updating the parents on the student's condition and keeping contact
Trach, Vents, and G- Tubes could be present
Job Qualifications:
NYS RN License
Fingerprinted by the DOE
Recent Physical, Titers, PPD's
2 Forms of ID
Authorized to work in the U.S.
CPR/BLS
