Colorado Legal Group, a cutting-edge divorce and family law practice is growing and looking for an experienced, proactive, results- and detail-orientedParalegalto join our fantastic, drama-free team. Our ideal candidate would be down-to-earth, ultra-cool, and have substantive paralegal experience - but not just in family law (although it's helpful).

This job is primarily Monday - Friday, 8-5pm work hours with a set hybrid work schedule with two days in-person per week. You will alsobe involved in building the very culture and policies that you want to work under.

  • experience in trial preparation (i.e., organizing exhibits, preparing exhibit and trial binders, communicating with attorney and client for said trial preparation, etc.)
  • experience with discovery (propounding and responding to)
  • experience with mandatory financial disclosures
  • experience with keeping track of daily billables
  • managing case deadlines
  • experience in answering incoming overflow phone calls
  • ability to learn new programs quickly and accurately
  • ability to assist in drafting and filing court pleadings of various types
  • knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • knowledgeable in Adobe Acrobat
  • experience in conducting telephone intake for potential clients

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Case Management software (Clio, ProLaw, Lawmatics, etc.) experience
  • Experience working in an environment where metrics and continuous improvement is a way of life
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual, Spanish speaking a plus. 

Total Compensation Package includes:

Compensation:

Starting hourly wage of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on relevant education and paralegal experience.
