USIG has been an authorized flooring provider for the nation's largest home improvement retailer for over thirty years. Based upon our continued success and growth across the continental U.S. USIG is looking for a Flooring Project Manager for our Odessa, FL facility.
Job Description:
This is an office-based position coordinating the flooring installation process from beginning to end. Must have extensive flooring knowledge and great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Phone, Email and Text interaction with our retail partner, installers, and customers
· Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
· Monitor and track installations and service calls
· Solve customer problems and issues
· Communicate and guide installers in the field to ensure a quality project
Job Requirements
· Intermediate computer skills
· Experience in solving customer issues
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must have a dependable transportation
· 2 years flooring installation or construction experience required
· Adapt to wide range of people and needs to communicate effectively
