U.S. Got People is searching for a Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technician to work Full-Time at the Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina.

Qualifications for Laboratory Technicians
- Graduate of Medical Lab Tech Training Program accredited by NAACLS, ABHES, or a program acceptable to the AMT
- 1 year of experience as a Clinical or Medical Laboratory Technician
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
Job duties for Laboratory Technicians may include but are not limited to:
- Perform clinical lab tests in various sections of the laboratory
- Determine the suitability of and prepare specimens for analysis
- Prepare specimens for transport/mail-out
- Prepare reagents and primary reference materials
- Conduct Quality Control Procedures, calibrate, standardize, adjust, and maintain instruments, making simple repairs when needed
- Recognize and react to indicators of malfunction.
- Obtain and correlate data
- Prepare biological waste for proper disposal
