We are looking for a full time Third Party Nurse Coordinator to support our River North, IL location. This position will be based onsite in River North, IL. 

This position will be 40 hours per week, four 10 hour shifts per week from 7am-5:30pm.Must have flexible schedule as limited weekend rotation of up to four (4) days per year is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements. 
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and patients’ families.
• Counsels patients on initial visits regarding ART and infertility treatment and coordinates treatment. 

• Assists with coordination of recipient/donor treatment plans in conjunction with clinical protocols. 
• Assists with coordination of some surrogate and embryo donation treatment plans in conjunction with clinical protocols. 
• Communicates physician orders and instructions 
• Communicates laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. 
• Accountable for the phone triage of patient calls. 
• Responsible for monitoring of post-treatment follow-up. 
• Coordinates patient treatment and services with affiliate providers. 

FCI requires all applicants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before commencing employment. New hires will be required to furnish proof of full vaccination prior to their start date. There may be alternative for an approved exemption based on bona fide medical or religious grounds. 

• RN (2 year degree program) required. BSN preferred. 
• Current state RN license without limitations required. 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s health care required. IVF experience preferred. 
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. 
• Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.). 
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement. 
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
