Optometrist – Hilton Head, SCCarolina Eyecare Physicians is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate full-time Optometrist to work with our fully integrated provider team and support staff. Join our expanding team of 16 ophthalmologists and 12 optometrists providing care at 20 clinics and our wholly-owned, ophthalmic surgery center housing state-of-the-art technology. For over 20 years, Carolina Eyecare Physicians has provided exceptional eye care to patients located in the greater coastal Carolina area.

- Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice (busy ODs see 20-30 patients per day)
- Full dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support
- Highly incentivized compensation plan (mature practices yield $200,000 in compensation)
- Hilton Head is home to coastal neighborhoods, Southern charm, and beautiful beaches
- Residency preferred, but not required
- Doctor of Optometry degree from a top-tier program
- Board certified preferred, but not required
- State-issued license for optometry
- Competitive, guaranteed base salary for initial period plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary
- After initial period, compensation is based on production formula only, with significant upside potential
- Sign-on bonuses available
