Job Title: CNC Programmer (Sheet Metal Fabrication)

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay: $24-$28 /hourly based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop CNC programs for a variety of machines, with a primary focus on lasers, punches, and bending operations in precision sheet metal fabrication.
  • Must have 3D CAD experience.
  • Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to effectively execute programming and machining tasks.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge in tool selection, setup, loading/unloading, troubleshooting, and running CNC lathe machines.
  • Collaborate with production teams to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to achieve optimal efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2- 5 years of manufacturing experience with a focus on programming for precision sheet metal fabrication.
  • Extensive knowledge of reading blueprints.
  • Proficient in programming, running, and operating CNC lathe machines.
  • Experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, and sheet metal fabrication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven experience in precision sheet metal fabrication settings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
