Design and specify advanced electrical, mechanical and computer-controlled systems. Improve manufacturing support and maintenance programs through training and technical support. Develop process specification, machine parameters and develop plan for scrap reduction and uptime improvements. Drive capital projects from strategic planning phase to purchase, installation, run off and hand off to operations. Benchmark best in class facilities and implement world class processes, equipment and workflow. |

Detailed abilities in capital equipment justification, project scheduling and managerial planning. Human relations are essential. |
