US Electric LLC is a full service Electrical construction firm located in Cranford, NJ we are looking for a Project Manager who will take the lead on our various low-voltage projects through the scope of our business portfolio. They will report directly to the Head of Project Management and Display the following competencies:
- Vendor Management
- Project Scheduling
- Write Request for Pricing
- Write Specifications.
- AutoCad; Single Line & Risers
- VE opportunities
- Systems Design: Fire Alarm NJ & NY, CCTV, AV, Security, Access Control Systems
- The successful candidate will be able to navigate all part of our low voltage processes from Pre-Construction through Turnover of the project. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks that the LVPM will be responsible for, but rather this list serves as a solid basis of skills that the successful candidate will possess.
