This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel systems) DCIPS). The GG-14 duties of the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GG/GS grade base on the selectee's qualification in relation to the job

DUTIES
Serves as a program analyst applying intelligence operations, analytic expertise and evaluative work-related to resource programs, financial management and planning of operations and organizational efficiency/ productivity as applied to aspects of Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) programs, policies, and concepts.
Develops new methods for testing and evaluating the effectiveness of planning, programming, and budget actions/processes in support of mission and operational plans.
Prepares and presents high level briefings of conclusions, many being highly subjective and not readily susceptible to verification until actual operational situations are encountered.
Maintains a continuous liaison with other Senior Staff, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD offices to integrate CDM and OUSD(I) priority support actions.
