Duties

  • Monitor functional aspects of a travel system to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Perform research to identify system issues and/or resolve problems.
  • Participate in annual training conferences and disseminate information to the agency/organization workforce.

  • Maintain an up-to-date list of account names, account numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers of all current cardholders and accounts.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Position requires temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Monitor debt by utilizing a debt management system; (2) Provide instruction to individuals on company procedures: (3) Manage a web-based system to prepare documents for individuals: (4) Respond to customer inquiries to ensure problem resolution is complete. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as economics, statistics, mathematics, applied sciences, law, or other fields related to the position.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
