Duty 1: Assembles high-performance matrix teams for defining requirements for planning cyber capabilities development and acquisition efforts as well as requirements analysis/planning efforts that cut across related projects.
Duty 2: Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats, and provides technical guidance and advisor support to meet USCYBERCOM assigned program requirements.
Duty 3: Facilitates, participates, and provides leadership for matrix team members to actively solicit information regarding the cyberspace program community's current and projected operational objectives, priorities, and requirements, and uses such inputs to lead definition of capabilities requirements.
Duty 4: Aids the J8 leadership team in performing continuing, broad-based assessment of the effectiveness of the division's and directorate's efforts to identify and acquire the cyberspace capabilities essential to the Command's and DoD cyberspace program community's operations.
