JOB TITLE: Senior FPGA Integration & Test Engineer LOCATION: Golden, CO DURATION: Direct Hire RATE RANGE: $130k-$160kSummary SUMMARY: Our client is looking for a Senior FPGA Integration & Test Engineer. You will play a critical role in firmware/hardware and sensor development through all phases of the development cycle. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute engineering tasks including the analysis, design, development, and testing of next-generation radar and radiometer systems
Contribute to and/or lead the integration, test, and automated validation of various digital designs including requirements development, test plans/test cases to meet system needs.
Setup laboratory equipment for integration and test.
Perform system and subsystem testing and debugging, performing root cause analysis.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years minimum relevant experience or M.S. degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with 3+ years minimum relevant experience
Experience with FPGAs, firmware design, development, and testing.
Experience with integrating and testing of complex systems.
Experience with laboratory test equipment, network configuration, PC setups.
Experience with SystemVerilog/Verilog.
Experience with ARM/Xilinx Vivado, ModelSim.
Experience with Python, Linux, embedded systems.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and associated automations, Git.
Strong communication and technical writing skills and ability to work well collaboratively and independently.
Preferred
Experience with Zynq and Zynq Ultrascale+ or equivalent SoC/MPSoC processors and their integration into complex circuit designs.
Electrical engineering experience with RF systems.
Experience working with complex systems involving multi-disciplinary technical teams with coupled hardware and software development for space, aircraft, and/or unmanned platform applications.
