The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland have an immediate opening for an experienced Nurse Advocate to join our organization. This part-time position supports the Ursuline Sisters’ mission to transform lives through contemplation, justice and compassion. Our mission-driven, faith-based organization believes in having a personal/work life balance, and offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

In this role, you will:

• Advocate for our Sisters living in long-term care facilities.
• Support our Health and Wellness Director in meeting the health care needs of our Sisters.
• Meet with Sisters living in long-term care facilities on a regular basis, review medical records, attend care conferences, and communicate with physicians and facility staff to support the Sisters’ medical needs.
• Provide 24/7 emergency contact assistance to support emergent health care needs.

RN or LPN Ohio licensure required with preference given to candidates experienced and/or certified in geriatric care. Position offers flexible work schedule and a positive work environment. Approximately 20 hours per week with on-site presence required 3-4 days per week.
