Senior Financial Controller: Propel Financial Excellence in a Growing Healthcare Environment

Your Mission:

  • Be a thought partner to the CEO.
  • Guide budgets, forecasts, and reports across multiple sites.
  • Ensure top-notch financial operations with a keen focus on compliance and control within a multi-site healthcare framework.
  • Analyze financial data to shape critical business decisions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, nurturing future financial leaders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Essential: Healthcare MSO (Managed Service Organization), Physician Practice Management (PPM), or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) experience.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 8 years of finance experience, particularly in multi-site healthcare settings.
  • Preferred Credentials: CPA or similar qualifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in financial software and MS Office.
  • Communication: Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Specialized Experience: Handling multi-site healthcare entities, especially in growth stages, involving financial integration and transitioning from cash-based to accrual-based accounting.
