We're on the hunt for a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor in Austin, TX, ready to take the lead in our health services team. This role isn't just a job; it's a pivotal opportunity to influence patient care and team performance in a setting that values empathy, innovation, and quality.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Work your magic with nursing, program, and clinical staff to offer top-notch health services and care for all clients.
• You'll lead a dedicated team of 4 full-time LVNs, who work 12-hour shifts and collaborate with PRN LVNs and PT medication techs.
• Your role includes managing client admissions into our detox and Medication-Assisted Treatment program.
• Supervise all the nursing staff like the boss you are.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Yep, your weekends are all yours!

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• A passion for helping people struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders.
• Stellar communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• A high school diploma or GED, plus a nursing degree from somewhere legit.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a big plus if you’ve worked with alcohol, substance abuse, and mental health treatment.
• Supervisory experience would be awesome but not a deal-breaker.
• You've gotta be licensed as an RN or Nurse Practitioner and know your way around CPR and First Aid.
