Job Description:

As a Urology Office Medical Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing various laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples to assist urologists in diagnosing and treating urological conditions.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in test results.
• Properly documenting and recording test results in patient records.
• Collaborating with urologists, medical assistants, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Adhering to laboratory safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assisting in inventory management and ordering laboratory supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and recording results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a urology office or related healthcare setting is preferred.
