We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide urgent care services to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing quality care in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in urgent care, and be knowledgeable in the latest advances in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret laboratory tests, and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Manage patient care plans, including referrals to specialists.
• Provide patient education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
