We are expanding and looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Partner (FSP) to join our team in the Zones listed below. As a true Partner, you will have the opportunity to leverage our established brand, extensive product lineup, and robust support systems to maximize your earning potential without any franchise or membership fees.

Zones:

1. Truckee | Tahoe

2. Manteca | Lathrop | Tracy

3. West Sacramento | Elk Grove

4. Napa | Vacaville | Vallejo | Fairfield

5. Concord | Antioch | Brentwood | Oakley

The Role:

As an FSP, you will:

· Conduct in-home consultations to offer expert design advice and sell custom window treatments.

· Manage and drive sales within your designated Zone.

· Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

Commission Structure:

· Earn a lucrative 50% of the profit margins from your sales.

· No caps on earnings.

· Unlimited potential based on performance.

Training and Support:

· Comprehensive training provided by our Office Manager and in-house Design Consultant.

· Ongoing product training from multiple manufacturers.

· Access to our state-of-the-art CRM and quoting platforms.

· We’ll take care of the entire installation process leaving you fully dedicated to growing your assigned Zone.

Ideal Candidate:

· Must have significant experience in custom window coverings sales or as a design consultant.

· An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed as a Partner in growth.

· Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.

· Desire to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Performance Expectations:

· Minimum of 3 appointments per day, 3 days a week to achieve financial success.

· Key Performance Indicators: Average appointments per week, 70% sales conversion rate, and average revenue of $3,520 per appointment.
