Urban Renaissance Group is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities to support The Company’s real estate investment and development activities. In this capacity, the individual’s primary responsibilities will be to collaborate with the Acquisitions team to underwrite, perform complex financial modeling and manage all aspects of the pursuit of new investment and development opportunities in Seattle, Portland and Denver. This role will have exposure to capital partner, lender and broker relationships, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. This person will work closely with team members from various groups within the organization. The individual may also assist in other areas of the company as necessary, including Asset Management.Responsibilities
Support the Acquisitions team on pursuit of new investment opportunities
in select marketsUnderwrite new investments, including property cash flow modeling, debt financing and joint venture structuring (static pro-formas, IRRs, NPVs, sensitivity tables, promote waterfalls, etc.)Oversee the due diligence process on potential new investmentsDevelop and maintain financial modelsPerform

in-depth market researchPrepare formal Investment Committee memorandums and presentations describing potential new investments and participate in the presentations to the Investment CommitteeSupport the execution of business plans for new investmentsPrepare complex analysis in support of client and firm requestsWork in collaboration with various departments (such as marketing, operations, accounting, etc.)Skills Abilities
