Urban Mutt Retreat specializes in luxury boarding, daycare, and soon to be, grooming and training. Our beautiful facility houses 25 dogs at a time and is spread over 2 acres for dogs of all kinds to learn, play, and rest.

We are looking for an experienced Caregiver who enjoys working with a variety of dogs, regardless of temperament.

Must pay very close attention to detail and be at least 20 years old. Needs potential availability on mornings and nights (9pm - 10pm).

Kennel Tech Expectations:

• A fast learner who can work independently.
• Reliable and able to manage time well.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working outside.
• Must be comfortable around dogs with varying temperaments.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintenance of dog rooms, bowls, and kitchen.
• Feeding and monitoring dogs.
• Assisting other staff with play times, cleaning, or booking.
• Occasional bathing if necessary.
• Observe and report well-being of dogs.
• Chart feeding, meds and any changes for each dog on property.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
