Urban Health Partnerships is Hiring a Remote Community Health Equity Coordinator

Community Health Equity Coordinator

Are you ready to be at the forefront of transformative change in South Florida? Urban Health Partnerships (UHP) invites you to become our next Community Health Equity Coordinator. At UHP, we're not just an organization—we're a movement, dedicated to co-designing sustainable solutions, promoting equity, and enhancing well-being across communities.

About Us: Visit our website www.UrbanHP.org to learn more about our exciting projects, from creating Age-Friendly Communities for Longevity to championing LGBTQ health. Our work focuses on uplifting diverse, vulnerable, and historically disenfranchised populations, making a real impact where it matters most.

What You'll Do: As the Community Health Equity Coordinator you'll be a pivotal force in our mission. • Provide technical assistance to municipalities and organizations
  • Offer administrative and coordinating support for initiative meetings and activities
  • Conduct policy research and evaluation efforts
  • Advocate alongside residents, stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Supervise, support, and train Community Liaisons, empowering them to engage and uplift their communities

Why Join Us: This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to grow within UHP based on your performance and our funding opportunities. Our full-time position offers flexibility with a hybrid schedule, allowing you to structure your workday while making an impact both in the office and out in the field. While much of our work is remote, you'll also have the chance to engage on-site and during evenings and weekends based on project needs.
