The Expeditor position is all important and key to providing excellence in operation. You are the central hub of communication between the kitchen and servers.

Responsibilities

· Ensure that kitchen orders have been properly prepared by the kitchen.

· Add any necessary garnishes or condiments to the dish.

· Deliver the prepared and finalized plates to the guest’s table.

· Understand pivot point positions, table numbers as to not auction food during delivery process.

· Understands the company policy on dealing with guest preference and allergies.

· Communicate with kitchen on meal timing.

· Communicate with servers during guest’s visit.

· Responsible for keeping things flowing and getting orders delivered to tables as quickly as possible.

· Be constantly aware of factors such as food safety and temperature that is being delivered to guests.

· Responsible for managing guest requests at the table quickly and with a smile.

Qualifications

· Must be able to communicate well with customers and other staff.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Have positive interpersonal skills and understand the culture of RMRG.

· Work effectively as a team, helping anywhere needed.

· Have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Paid Sick Leave-Colorado

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), RMRG provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location:

Accrued Paid Sick Leave

Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
