Urban Diamond Lawn Landscaping is a family owned and operated business in Liberty, MO. We are looking for a Lawn Care Specialist to join our team.

Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour (Base pay)

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Liberty MO: Reliably commute

Experience: Mowing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Landscaping and Lawn Care Team as Team Members. Our Pay-for-Performance system provides opportunities for high achievers to increase their earnings based on efficiency and performance. Team Members will receive a base pay of $18.00 per hour, along with performance bonuses each day, allowing for an average pay range of $18-24 per hour for first-year Team Members.

As a valuable part of the Urban Diamond Lawn team, you will not only contribute to the daily tasks of landscaping and lawn care but also become part of a larger mission to prove reliable quality service. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with fellow Team Members to accomplish landscaping and lawn care tasks.
• Perform outdoor physical labor, demonstrating the capability to handle the demands of the job.
• Utilize your reliable transportation and valid driver's license to commute to work locations.
• Maintain a clean driving record to ensure safe operation of company vehicles.
• Previous experience in landscape/mowing, preferably within a company, is desirable.
• Showcase dedication to hard work, growth, and contributing positively to the team's mission.
