Your local service company is in need of more personnel to make sales calls, handle technician dispatch, office administration and client care roles. We are looking to hire 1 person to handle these responsibilities. All roles will have constant client communication.

Note From General Manager:

"I need another dispatcher to replace the one we are promoting. They will first on the phones and I need them to have the skills and sense to pickup on all the subtle queues that go on in a client interaction so that they may tailor themselves, their words and their actions to fit that specific client interaction to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved. When not engaged with clients, they will be responsible for all the data input required for a service call. This will require communication with the field technicians in a timely manner once a service is complete to ensure capture of all require data. The scope of work is not that large, it just has to be done perfectly. Also, make sure you mark on indeed to make it so they have to upload a resume, I much prefer their own crafted one, vs. the indeed generated one."

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
