The Vacation Relief staff member covers for various absences on our building services team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: operation of the lobby and security for a residential building, managing and tracking of tenant packages/deliveries, collection and removal of trash and recycling, operation of the building compactor, general cleaning in all common and outdoor spaces, snow removal, vacant apartment preparation, and other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Property Manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Must be punctual and reliable and have good written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and working in a team environment
Computer proficiency preferable
Pay: $20.00 per hour. Full and part time positions available on multiple shifts. Potential to become a full time union position based on satisfactory performance and the availability of an open position.
