Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Training and Adoption programs across the enterprise to promote awareness and effective use of critical tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business and technology teams to identify the most effective instructional strategies and ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.
• Build relationships throughout the company that will assist with understanding business challenges and how we can improve adoption and value of our technology.
• Support a standardized Technology organization communication strategy.
• Coordinate and\or conduct training and create communications to support critical projects and changes.
• Orchestrate the strategy and upkeep of training plans for new or updated processes, products, and services, ensuring they’re current and effective.
• Design and tailor technical training programs to meet the needs of a diverse, global audience.
• Provide coaching and training to new and existing Subject Matter Experts to enhance technology adoption across the Enterprise.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure messaging reaches indented recipients for projects and changes to the technology landscape.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback to make continuous improvements.

Typical Education

Relevant Experience

• 5 years of experience in a professional role related to technology training and development.
• In-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies, and various training and development approaches.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and informative training materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
