Uranus Fudge Factory in Richmond Indiana is searching for a couple of Handyman/Maintenance team members to join us and to help open our new location... and help us keep Uranus sparkling clean for our guests

The perfect candidate will be motivated to ensure visitors will have an excellent experience while exploring Uranus.

You will be able to perform general maintenance and small construction/repair duties in and around the property and buildings as assigned and perform those duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Job Description:
1. Works with supervisor and foreman of maintenance and construction projects.
2. Perform routine maintenance on the facility, equipment, grounds, parking areas, driveways, including but limited to mowing, trimming, snow removal etc
3. Maintains shop and tools.
4. Repairs minor issues with plumbing, broke/damaged fixtures or equipment etc
5. Works on misc. small construction projects as needed.
6. Keep outside areas clean throughout the day.
6. Performs other work duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Must be handy with and familiar with basic tools.
• Must have basic general knowledge of different maintenance, plumbing and carpentry skills
• Must be self motivated and maintain a professional appearance
• Previous experience in a construction/maintenance environment is a requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
