Their industry-leading software brings a structured hiring approach to any company’s process, helping to promote more fair and equitable hiring practices and more data-driven decisions so companies can continuously get better at hiring.

They are currently looking for a Retirement 401k Auditor and Benefit Enrollment Data Analyst who will audit their retirement 401k contributions and deductions, as well as run reconciliations for our benefit enrollment data. 

Responsibilities

As a Retirement 401k Auditor and Benefit Enrollment Data Analyst, you will:

• Conduct in-depth audits of retirement 401k contributions and deductions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in 401k contributions and deductions and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to resolve any issues related to 401k contributions and deductions
• Perform reconciliation of benefit enrollment data to verify accuracy and consistency.\
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in benefit enrollment data, working closely with HR and benefits administrators.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze 401k and benefit enrollment data and present findings in clear, concise reports.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Proven experience in retirement 401k auditing and benefit enrollment data analysis.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of retirement and benefit plan regulations and compliance.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
