Upward ABA is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Southaven, MS

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team. Working for UPward ABA is not like working at any other ABA center- here we have low client case loads, only work 7 direct hours a day and allow staff paid time during the day to work on their client files/programs. We also all work together to make sure that our client programs are updated weekly and always trending towards progress. UPward ABA prides themselves on using the scientific principals of Applied Behavior Analysis and teaching all of our therapist to be the very best practitioners they can be.

UPward ABA is a minority female owned company by two BCBA's who are onsite at all times during the business day. We also make sure that everyone who works with us has an appropriate work/life balance because we know this job is tough and we appreciate the work that our staff completes daily. This is also why we provide all federal holidays off and paid, we have biweekly staff meetings and quarterly in-services to make sure we are always on the cutting edge of the industry.
