Host/Cashier

Position Summary:

Hosts have strong social skills, friendly personalities, and accuracy in delivering fantastic service. As in all successful restaurants, teamwork and cooperation with colleagues is essential and required. We’re a busy brewpub in the heart of historic Uptown Westerville and we have a wonderful regular customer base in large part due to the friendly and considerate front of house staff.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability for weekend shifts
• Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive.
• Must be able to maintain composure during the rushes
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.
