UpTalent is Hiring a Production Assembler 1st Shift Near Bartlesville, OK

Pay Rate: $18 / hour $2 shift differential

Hours: 5am - 3:30pm

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling components and equipment used in oilfield operations.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products while adhering to safety standards and production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and equipment according to plans and technical specifications.
  • Use manual and power tools to perform assembly operations with precision.
  • Verify the conformity of parts and assemblies with established specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address assembly issues and propose improvements.
  • Follow safety procedures and work protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Participate in training new employees and in the continuous improvement of assembly processes.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the oilfield or manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans and assembly diagrams.
  • Proficiency in using manual and power tools for assembly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure assembly quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience
