UpTalent is Hiring a Lube and Tire Technician Near Minot, ND

Pay Rate: $19 / hour

Rotation: 12 days on, 2 days off (7am - 7pm)

Candidates must be local, no housing or travel provided.

Job Summary:
- Performs all technical duties in one of the functional areas: electronic, mechanical, or systems.
- Completes tests, measurements, operations or process controls.
- Conducts troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform technical duties on all functional work group projects; employ test technique/procedures for all key cell projects.
- Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material
- Maintain production tools and equipment.
- Ability to: blueprint reading; component identification; wire-preparation, stripping, and crimping; harness repair and termination; use of all pertinent manual hand tools.
- Skilled with electronics, hydraulics and/or mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation and/or programming

Experience:
- Manager is looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined.
- Previous oilfield experience is a huge plus.
- Any sort of shop experience is a good fit (for example, general mechanic or tire shop work experience)

Education:
- HS Diploma / GED required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
