Position: Registered Nursing Supervisor Part Time Weekends 3-11 and/or 11-7

Hudson Park Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for RN Supervisors; whose primary duties are to plan, organize, develop and supervise the nursing activities during their respective shift. The RN Supervisor plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to facilitate and deliver comprehensive quality nursing care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ensures that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained.

2. Supervisory Responsibilities: Authorizes overtime and reassigns employees as facility needs dictate.

3. Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

4. Assists in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available.

5. Completes rounds of the facility to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferrably in long-term care setting.

• Licensed in NYS as a Registered Nurse

• Compassion and desire to work with geriatric population
