Duties/Responsibilities of RN Director

RN Director will supervises all clinical and administrative functions within the facility.

Develop and implement facility management systems.

Administration, management, supervision of all employees to ensure quality care.

Financial management of facility.

RN Director will maintain budget and building census.

Ensure facility compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.

Strong team building skills and experience

Requirements/Qualifications of RN Director

Current NYS RN license

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience in management of an assisted living facility
