Bridgewater Center is seeking a motivated and organized Maintenance Director to lead an incredible team! If you have experience with managing a facility's maintenance program, we would love to meet you!
This position requires knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and other general maintenance needs. Computer skills is a must, to use our maintenance tracking program.

As the Director of Maintenance you will manage a six person department .
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the interior and exterior maintenance of the building which consists of the main building and grounds.
• Manage departmental tasks .
• Must be able to respond to facility off hours if needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Some Experience in building maintenance
