**Job Overview:** We are seeking a talented Home Stager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and creating visually appealing environments. As a Home Stager, you will be responsible for preparing homes for sale by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to showcase the property's best features. **Duties:** - Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand staging requirements - Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal of each property - Create inviting atmospheres that resonate with potential buyers - Manage inventory of staging materials and ensure they are well-maintained - Provide recommendations for home improvements or repairs to maximize property value **Qualifications:** - Experience in interior design or home staging - Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, or similar design software - Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple staging projects - Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation for staging projects - Sales experience is a plus - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous If you have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating beautiful spaces, we invite you to apply for the Home Stager position with us.
