Here's the pay: Your starting pay ranges between $39,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year with opportunities for increases & advancement.

A Recruiting Coordinator, is responsible for growing and nurturing a pipeline of applicants to fill company positions as required, developing new community partnerships while strengthening existing ones. Bottom line... You’re helping people overcome barriers through employment opportunities.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

• 18 Years of Age or Older
• Ability to Read and Understand English
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Outlook products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Here's what we hope you have:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification
• Experience with Full-Cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
• Experience with public speaking
• A warm heart with a business mindset
