Class A drivers with three months experience run dedicated regional with reset on the weekend.

• Drivers will deliver new box springs and mattresses to WA, OR, CA, MT, UT, ID, and NV
• Starting pay is $.68CPM with $30 stop pay and an average of 10 stops per week
• Average first year pay is $90K ($1730/WK)
• Mattresses will be tailgated by driver to tail of the trailer or on the dock area. Driver will have some assistance from customer but will use a dolly to maneuver the mattresses which weigh about 100-180LBS
• Drivers will go to the same consistent customers each week.
• Driver will be required to chain in the winter
• Drivers run Monday – Friday and start time is 7AM – 12PM and will run for an average of 10-12 hours per day
• Drivers will be out sleeping in the truck 1-2 nights per week, the rest of the time sleeping at home
• On days when drivers not running account (which will happen 1-2 times per week) drivers will be paid flat $400 to run locally. Anytime they are used on another account (generally intermodal) they are paid $400/Day and home that night
• Full benefits start after 30 days including PTO, 401K, medical, dental etc

Drivers must live within 50 miles of Puyallup as the truck will stat at the facility each night

DRIVER CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST.

Must meet one of following.

• 3 Months verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR

• 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR

• 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years

NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD.

Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

• Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years

No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
