We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a role as a Team Lead for Patient Support. Key Responsibilities of Patient Support Team Lead:

• Lead and mentor a team of Patient Support Representatives to ensure prompt and professional handling of patient inquiries via various communication channels.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to high performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries, liaising with supervisors or pharmacists when clinical review is required.
• Coordinate shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure adequate coverage and support for patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new storefronts and initiatives, providing operational expertise and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or healthcare operations, with a track record of leadership and team development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Self-directed and able to work independently, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for mentoring and training others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
