Field Supervisor

Full-Time (seasonal), 2-3 Years Professional Window Cleaning Experience REQUIRED

Upscale Home Services is an independent, locally owned home services company that provides a world-class Customer Experience for Property Detailing Services, including: window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting.

As the Field Supervisor, you are a pivotal member of the team that upholds our commitment to customer satisfaction, professionalism and exemplifies our code of values. You are responsible for growing and leading teams of service technicians that work closely with customers on daily service jobs. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Previous track record as a successful supervisor & team leader is preferred. Compensation based on maturity of your leadership skill-set & experience. Home services-based business experience will be prioritized, but not required, as long as you have a healthy desire to learn & engage, and demonstrate your ability to effectively hire, lead and develop work teams.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Lead service crews that provide residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting services
• Work closely with management overseeing the daily operation and performance of your crews
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services with the scheduling office
• Ensure company vehicles and equipment are regularly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Provide job pricing estimates and account management to customers
• Coordinate delays in scheduling with the home office, customers and service technicians
• Consult with customers about additional services (upsell)

Job Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift ladders (50-70 lbs.)
• Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Prior experience with a home services provider
• Minimum three years supervisor/lead experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance, personality, and demeanor
• Team player who can work independently
