RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of the customers’ packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.
• Helps with other Center functions as needed, such as faxing, copying, laminating, and binding

QUALIFICATIONS

• PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT ANOTHER UPS STORE. NOTARY IS A MUST. IF YOU ARE NOT A NOTARY, YOU WILL NEED TO BECOME A NOTARY WITHIN 2-3 MONTHS. ALL APPLICANTS WITHOUT THESE 2 QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE IGNORED.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Good communication and people skills
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift 40 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• UPS Store Customer service: 1 year (Required)
