Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated UPS Store Associate to oversee our UPS franchise retail store in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Store Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales and customer service. The ideal candidate is a driven and friendly individual with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead the store operations. Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $13-$16 per hour depending on experience. In addition, the selected candidate will also be eligible for incentives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and achieves profitability goals

-Process shipments, including packaging, labeling, and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Atleast 3 Years UPS Store experience required

-Existing Notary Public or willingness to become Notary

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Ability to work extended hours as needed

-Ability to lift 50 pounds as required
