The UPS Store is looking for a Manager in Training to join our team! We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service, organizational and management skills. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a The UPS Store location. They will open and close the center, manage productivity and ensure the center’s team delivers world-class customer service to all customers, monitor cost control and expenses, and provide weekly and monthly reports to the franchise owner. The Retail Store Manager is ultimately accountable for profit/loss, continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development.
