About the Patient Enrollment Program Manager
Upperline Health is looking for an Enrollment Program Manager to develop and drive our Upperline Plus patient enrollment program across our owned and partner practices. This includes building and implementing the processes to effectively engage, educate and enroll patients in our Upperline Plus program, which allows patients to receive consistent and effective treatment for chronic illnesses more efficiently through providing comprehensive care coordinated among our team of specialists.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have soft sales experience, exceptional relationship building skills, professional experience or expertise with Medicare and/or Medicaid programs and excellent organization and program building skills. This is a new position in our organizational structure and has limitless growth potential. We believe this is an exciting opportunity to build a mission driven program impacting the lives of at-risk patients.What You’ll Do 

  • Build effective engagement strategies to communicate and articulate the unique value proposition of UL to eligible patients
  • Achieve monthly growth targets for managed care by identifying opportunities and developing programs and teams to educate patients about comprehensive care resources and benefits eligible through Medicare and available through enrollment in the Upperline Plus program
  • Partner with Learning and Development team to create and implement training programs (including scripting to standardize processes) across clinics; implements process training
  • Monitor and report on UL patient enrollment to key stakeholders including communicating pacing on important metrics across the organization
  • Spend significant time in clinics observing practices and coaching local teams on the benefits of comprehensive care
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and protocols
  • Identify and illuminate underperforming clinics through analyzing data
  • Diagnose and provide solutions around challenge clinics in partnership with field leadership
  • Proactively identify patient engagement opportunities and generates corresponding campaigns, enlisting talent across outbound call teams and field teams
  • Refines and drives UL retention program
  • Provide training on how to deal with service recovery and navigate complex patient interaction
  • Own building and maintaining relationships with healthcare insurance brokers and their insurance agents
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience required
  • 5 years of sales and/or account management experience preferred
  • Previous healthcare industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of and related experience with Medicare & Medicaid required
  • Proven experience building and implementing successful programs
  • Demonstrated success training dispersed teams
  • Experience driving robust patient engagement campaigns is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create dashboards and reports summarizing information for leadership review
  • A problem-solving orientation and a flexible and positive attitude
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and excels at building collaborative relationships
  • Outstanding level of organization and reliability in a matrix environment
  • Experience working on a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to travel >50% at various times of the year
Location
This position is remote with travel.
For remote based roles, Upperline Health is only able to consider applicants who reside in the following states: AL, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, NV, PA, TN, and TX.

Compensation is commensurate to compensation for similar positions in the region and based on prior training and experience.
