**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and sales, providing exceptional customer service and technical knowledge. **Responsibilities:** - Greet customers and assess their service needs - Provide recommendations on automotive services and repairs - Generate service orders and estimates - Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate service completion - Upsell additional services or products to customers - Align customer concerns with appropriate services - Write accurate descriptions of vehicle issues for technicians - Coordinate brake repairs, diesel engine repairs, tire services, oil changes, and suspension work **Experience:** - Prior experience in automotive service writing or advising - Proficiency in brake repair, diesel engine repair, tire services, oil changes, and suspension work - Strong sales and upselling skills - Knowledge of automotive service industry standards and practices If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for automotive services and sales, we invite you to apply for the Service Advisor position.
