We are looking for a Parking Lot Attendant for residents and visitors utilizing paid parking facilities under our management, in the lovely Gulf Coast beach community of Delray Beach, FL locations.

• Shifts available (Nights & Weekends).
• Earn $15-$20/hr for this Professional Parking / Guest Services role.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

A UPP, Parking Attendants play a vital role in the success of the company. They are the first person to greet and welcome our clients and customers, and the last person they’ll interact with upon departure. A pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome parking customers, aiming to maintain the highest level of UPP's "Guest Experience"
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
• Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day
• Must provide excellent customer service
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
• Must possess a current drivers’ license and maintain a clean driving record
• Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
• Must maintained and groomed, professional appearance
• Must be at least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check (if hired for driving position)
